The Flood Crew responded within an hour to remove water from my basement. Within 30 minutes, Bill had removed the water, set up several floor fans, and an industrial dehumidifier! Bill also applied an Antimicrobial to the areas that were wet. Flood Crew did an amazing & awesome job! Thank you for doing a marvelous job!

We had a busted pipe and a flooded room on Christmas Eve. I called 3 total 24/7 flood-remediation companies and only Flood Crew was able to actually come to help us out right away (dropped off and set up drying equipment Christmas Eve, then did the much-needed work mostly on Christmas Day). This man runs a business that is truly committed to excellence – and he has shown this from the first interaction – a prompt and professional response to an emergency text message at 11:00pm on a Saturday night due to a flood that took out 2/3 of our house. Bill arrived and literally started working that same night and has not stopped since.
