My husband and I have NEVER encountered a more hard-working, diligent, honest and caring worker like Bill of Flood Crew. This man runs a business that is truly committed to excellence – and he has shown this from the first interaction – a prompt and professional response to an emergency text message at 11:00pm on a Saturday night due to a flood that took out 2/3 of our house. Bill arrived and literally started working that same night and has not stopped since. He has advocated for us with our insurance company, taken the most detail-oriented records and readings and pictures I have ever seen, and has communicated to us clearly every single day. He has done everything he has said he would do and has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety in our home for our kids and even our pet. We are so impressed we are insisting that Bill handles not only all aspects of the water remediation, but also the reconstruction and clean-up, painting, carpet cleaning, etc. Bill’s service is WAY above and beyond the prices he charges. I pray this man and his crew are blessed in abundance for the outstanding respect they have shown to my house alone. This man appreciates his clients and he takes pride in his work. Believe me, don’t look anywhere else if you need service. We called the others and we fired them before they started.
