Carpet Cleaning

Went wonderful with the contractor. They were great to work with and helped us navigate a very troublesome insurance company. They drove from northern Virginia to Silver Spring to do the work as well, not any easy task and a long commute in traffic. They were just great.

The Flood Crew responded within an hour to remove water from my basement. Within 30 minutes, Bill had removed the water, set up several floor fans, and an industrial dehumidifier! Bill also applied an Antimicrobial to the areas that were wet. Flood Crew did an amazing & awesome job! Thank you for doing a marvelous job!

It was very good and everything was easy. Bill was the owner, showed up the day of the flooding, he manages both projects, the workers, he communicated well, and we have no complaints. The price was competitive.

I have had Bill and his team clean my carpets several times in the past three years. He always goes over and beyond in getting our carpets clean! He spends extra time on stains (coffee, pet problems, etc…) and takes professional pride in making them go away!

We had a busted pipe and a flooded room on Christmas Eve. I called 3 total 24/7 flood-remediation companies and only Flood Crew was able to actually come to help us out right away (dropped off and set up drying equipment Christmas Eve, then did the much-needed work mostly on Christmas Day). The owner, Bill, was easy to work with and they did a great job overall.

This man runs a business that is truly committed to excellence – and he has shown this from the first interaction – a prompt and professional response to an emergency text message at 11:00pm on a Saturday night due to a flood that took out 2/3 of our house. Bill arrived and literally started working that same night and has not stopped since. He has advocated for us with our insurance company, taken the most detail-oriented records and readings and pictures I have ever seen, and has communicated to us clearly every single day. He has done everything he has said he would do and has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety in our home for our kids and even our pet. We are so impressed we are insisting that Bill handles not only all aspects of the water remediation, but also the reconstruction and clean-up, painting, carpet cleaning, etc. Bill’s service is WAY above and beyond the prices he charges.
